You can use the online password retrieval system to get your password emailed to you. If you are unable to retrieve your password with the online tool please contact the system administrator with your name and email address and your password will be emailed to you.

If you are a Barden Customer and do not have a username and password please contact your Barden Dealer. Your Dealer will supply you with a "Webster Access Code" and the other information you will need to create your access to Webster.

Tips for access to Webster

Here is a check list of things you can try to do to make your pc allow access to Webster. These are only offered as suggestions to make your browser more likely to access Webster.

Internet Options.
1. Set each Security Zone to its default level
2. Set the Privacy Settings to default levels
3. Set your Pop-up Blockers to allow pop-ups from www.bardenhomes.com
4. Use the Browsers "Restore Defaults" button to reset it.
5. Set your Browser and Third Party Security programs to allow cookies
6. This level of security settings will allow access to most websites without leaving you vulnerable.
Set any installed 3rd party security programs to allow full access to www.bardenhomes.com
1. These could include such programs as Norton Internet Security, MacAfee Security Center, and there are countless others
2. Set all Firewall (including Windows Firewall) to allow FULL access to www.bardenhomes.com

Most of the Files and Plans on the Contract Database are in PDF format. You will need a PDF document reader installed and working. Adobe Acrobat Reader is the most common. It is a free download from www.adobe.com . the Acrobat reader installs a browser plug-in that allows Internet Explorer the ability to open PDF documents directly in a browser window. Sometimes this plug-in can be destroyed or altered by Windows updates, spyware, adware and other programs. If this is the case re-installing Acrobat Reader will usually fix this issue.
Adware, Spyware and Viruses can all alter your PC’s ability to access websites you may need to scan for and remove these infections to access the Contract Database.

These are all common issues that would keep you from accessing the Webster Online Application. There are literally dozens of reasons why you can’t logon or access Webster and many combinations of these programs and helper objects all can kill your pc’s ability to access certain web sites. Look for redundant installed programs, programs which do the same thing multiple times, this is often and issue also.
